Joanne has also implemented best practices across three divisions of Limited Brands International and provided retail strategy for Mark’s. A bilingual Corporate Director and frequent business traveller, Joanne currently serves on the board for Bentley Leathers and Destination Centre-ville in Montreal. Drawing on her financial expertise and career P&L responsibility, Joanne brings strategic oversight and insights that benefit the bottom-line. She works collaboratively with founders, executives and employees to maintain positive growth and employee relations. She is currently the retail architect behind the ongoing integration of Holt Renfrew and Ogilvy in Montreal. Joanne has led sourcing, buying, and franchisee trips to international locales ranging from Europe, Asia to the Middle East – all with a strong sense of urgency balanced with effective management. Throughout the years, his expertise and his precision allowed him to occupy several positions in this company, until the recent acquisition in summer 2016 by Lowe’s Canada. Now, Senior Manager Operations Support at Lowe's Canada, he is in charge of store operation process, store communication, inventory count, store hours management and sustainable development.

Ian is a financial executive with deep retail industry experience. He is a Sr. Director with Groupe Dynamite responsible for Strategy and Performance management. In this role, he ensures that Dynamite’s strategic priorities are aligned with the company’s growth plans, the competitive landscape and that they deliver the appropriate value to the organization. In the past he has led strategic business transformation projects delivering improved financial and operational process facilitating growth. He has worked with both public and private companies to assess technology and process weaknesses and then to define, scope and implement changes that delivered operating improvements and financial benefits. Ian is a CPA and graduated from Concordia University. He has an everlasting passion for retail that keeps him continually focused on this unique market segment!

Appointed to the role of Chief Marketing & Merchandise Officer at Bentley Group Inc. in January 2014, Mrs. Bleau is responsible for developing brand and growth strategies, enhancing customer experience, leading E-commerce as well overseeing all Marketing and Visual Presentation initiatives. Most recently, she has been given the added responsibility of leading the Buying and Product Development departments. Mrs. Bleau held the position of Vice President, Marketing, E-commerce and Visual Presentation at Reitmans Canada Ltd. for 12 years where she initiated highly successful mass branding strategies and brought to market Reitmans’ divisions’ first ever transactional website. Prior to this role, Mrs. Bleau was General Manager at IC Company.
